The Reiki Journey: Guided Meditations for Mindful Living

I highly recommend The Reiki Journey: Guided Meditations for Mindful Living by Ginny Mackles.  It assists me to both maintain my focus and puts me at ease… admittedly it has helped me through a few challenging moments. It’s a grouping of some shorter and some longer meditation exercises which seem as a collection very well-rounded.  I own many guided meditations but this one is truly one of my favorites!  I will recommend more meditations and books as time goes on ;).  I especially loved #6 Joshin Kokyu Ho and #14 Mountain Journey Meditation (makes me feel as if I’m actually in the forests of Japan) for when I do my meditation during a quiet evening or at night before bed.
